肝癌,是肝脏最常见的恶性肿瘤。本产品提供DNA、RNA的分析流程以及单细胞的分析流程。其中DNA包含点突变、结构变异、融合分析、CNV变异分析。RNAseq除了基因表达差异外,还包括新转录本发现、等位基因特异性表达、转录本和非编码RNA的相互作用。单细胞分析包括细胞类别鉴定、细胞间通讯、单细胞轨迹分析、转录因子的分析。
Liver cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the liver. This product provides analytical workflows for DNA, RNA and single-cell data. Specifically, DNA-related analyses include single nucleotide mutations, structural variations, fusion gene detection and copy number variation (CNV) analyses. For RNA-seq analysis, in addition to differential gene expression analysis, it also covers de novo transcript discovery, allele-specific expression (ASE) analysis, and interactions between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. Single-cell analysis includes cell type identification, cell-cell communication, single-cell trajectory analysis and transcription factor analysis.
