This product provides analytical workflows for DNA, RNA and single-cell data. Specifically, DNA-related analyses include single nucleotide mutations, structural variations, fusion gene detection and copy number variation (CNV) analyses. For RNA-seq analysis, in addition to differential gene expression analysis, it also covers de novo transcript discovery, allele-specific expression (ASE) analysis, and interactions between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. Single-cell analysis includes cell type identification, cell-cell communication, single-cell trajectory analysis and transcription factor analysis.
