Whole genome sequence of the Peruvian Paso Horse (Equus caballus). Equus caballus breed:Peruvian Paso Horse

The Peruvian Paso Horse (PPH) is a native breed to Peru and is considered a flagship. Here the whole genome of a PPH representative individual, using long and short-reads, was sequenced. In addition, Hi-C sequencing shows chromosome three-dimensional structure and RNA-Seq reads of this breed determine its gene expression.
