This dataset supports the study entitled “Blockchain Applications and Governance Implications in the Public Sector: A Literature Review.” It comprises a curated bibliographic collection of 196 peer-reviewed journal articles indexed in the Scopus database, published between 2019 and 2025, and systematically selected to represent the rapid evolution of blockchain research in e-governance and public-sector applications.
