Transnational Police in Local Context: A Study of Global Policing, Tasks, Organisation and Professionalisation, 2015

The project "Transnational Police Work Locally" examined what competencies and insights about police methods transnational police work requires at the global, national and local level. It was especially police control at Europe's borders that was investigated, including the interplay between the goal of crime control and the goal of migration control. A key issue is to explore how co-operation across international borders affects the role of the police and the professionalisation of the police. The project is funded by the Norwegian Police University College and the European Research Council (ERC), and part of the research project Crime Control in the Borderlands of Europe at the University of Oslo.

"本土化跨国警务工作（Transnational Police Work Locally）"研究项目旨在系统探究跨国警务工作在全球、国家与地方三个层级所需具备的履职能力与警务方法认知。本研究聚焦欧洲边境警务管控工作，涵盖犯罪防控与移民管控两大目标之间的互动关系。项目核心议题之一为探究跨国边境警务协作如何影响警察职能定位与警务职业化发展。本项目由挪威警察大学学院（Norwegian Police University College）与欧洲研究理事会（European Research Council, ERC）资助，是奥斯陆大学旗下"欧洲边境地带犯罪防控（Crime Control in the Borderlands of Europe）"研究项目的组成部分。
