This dataset has 2111 records and 25 variables (the first one is an ID). All this information is from houses and flats for sale from the Barcelona province

The information was extracted from www.engelvoelkers.com by using webscraping with selenium.

We didn't perform a preprocessing, so some numerical variables are strings (n_rooms, n_bedrooms, n_bathrooms, useful_area, built_area, land_area, price, energy_consumption, o2_emission, terrace_area)

The variables are:

id, eav_id, title, subtitle, n_rooms, n_bedrooms, n_bathrooms, useful_area, built_area, land_area, price, built_year, energy_class, energy_consumption, co2_emission, co2_emission_scale, protected, status, parking, garage, floor_cover, property_subclass, terrace_area, heating_type, location_status
