'Ships of Opportunity' (SOOP) is a facility of the Australian 'Integrated Marine Observing System' (IMOS) project. This data set was collected by the SOOP sub-facility 'Sensors on Tropical Research Vessels' aboard the RV Cape Ferguson Trip 7598.

‘机遇观测船（Ships of Opportunity，简称SOOP）’为澳大利亚综合海洋观测系统（Integrated Marine Observing System，简称IMOS）项目的组成设施。本数据集由机遇观测船下设的子设施‘热带研究船传感器（Sensors on Tropical Research Vessels）’，在‘开普·弗格森号科考船（RV Cape Ferguson）’第7598次航次中采集获得。
