Additional file 14 of Vaginal and neonatal microbiota in pregnant women with preterm premature rupture of membranes and consecutive early onset neonatal sepsis

Additional file 14: Table S10. Taxa differentially distributed between the vaginal microbiota at time of delivery and neonatal microbiota. The difference in distribution was tested by the Kruskal-Wallis test with Benjamini-Hochberg corrections for multiple comparisons. Groups of samples were considered significantly different if the adjusted p-value was <0.05. Only taxa fulfilling this criterion are shown. Pairwise comparisons were performed between vaginal samples taken at birth (V2), meconium (ME), umbilical cord blood (UC), pharyngeal swab (PH) and rectal swab (RE) samples. p-Values were corrected by the Dunn`s test.
