Chapter 3 Supplemental Files

These are the supplemental files for Chapter 3 of my thesis. They consist of the results of a QTL and eQTL analysis from a rat F2 population (HSRAxACI) studying genetic regions associated with unilateral renal agenesis and nephron endowment. It also contains Single-nuclei RNA sequencing differential expression analysis results comparing HSRA-S to HSRA-C during key stages of kidney development along with Psupertime results.

本文件为本人论文第三章的补充材料。其包含基于大鼠F2群体（HSRAxACI）开展的QTL（数量性状位点，Quantitative Trait Locus）与eQTL（表达数量性状位点，expression Quantitative Trait Locus）分析结果，该研究旨在探究与单侧肾发育不全及肾单位禀赋相关的遗传区域。此外，本补充材料还涵盖肾脏发育关键阶段中，HSRA-S与HSRA-C两组样本的单细胞核RNA测序（Single-nuclei RNA sequencing）差异表达分析结果，以及Psupertime分析结果。
