Phase-change Memory-based IoT System Sensor Test Dataset. The dataset includes three categories of labeled data, corresponding to pedestrian, vehicle and stationary states respectively. The data is stored in .txt files, with a total size of around 7 MB. This dataset can be utilized to test the operational state of phase-change memory, and also for time series analysis. The dataset is available for full sharing.
