we used an electrical stimulation device to stimulate the rats for 1 h and then generated a rat model of ischemia/reperfusion. Ischemia/reperfusion was performed for 3, 6, 12, 24, or 72 h (5 rats at each time point), and the animals of the control groups (5 rats at each time point) were not subjected to FNS.
本研究采用电刺激设备对大鼠进行1小时刺激,随后构建缺血再灌注(Ischemia/Reperfusion)大鼠模型。实验设置缺血再灌注造模时长分别为3、6、12、24或72小时,每个时间点使用5只大鼠;同期设置的对照组大鼠(每个时间点亦为5只)则不接受功能性电刺激(Functional Electrical Stimulation, FNS)。
