This dataset systematically collected the depolarization characteristics of typical vehicle-road environment targets. The experimental subjects included five types of typical targets: car doors, wheel hubs, leaves, traffic signs, and asphalt pavement. We built a laboratory full-polarization imaging system, adjusting the incident angle within the range of 10° to 80°, and recording the backscattered light of the targets under different polarized incident illumination conditions. The code folder contains the code for key polarization characteristic parameters obtained through Stokes parameter reconstruction, including polarization degree (DoP) and polarization ellipticity (ellipticity), providing a foundation for studying the polarization response patterns of traffic scene targets and the application of active polarization imaging.
