Supporting data for “Annexin A8 exacerbates diet-induced obesity through its central and peripheral actions”

This dataset serves as supporting material for my thesis, which aims to investigate the role of AnxA8 in the development of obesity. The study encompasses both in vivo animal experiments and in vitro cell culture experiments. The data included in this dataset were obtained through rigorous experimental analysis. This comprehensive dataset contains raw data derived from various experiments, such as RT-qPCR, monitoring basic metabolic parameters in mice, western blot, staining techniques (H&E, ORO, and fluorescent staining), co-immunoprecipitation, and mass spectrometry.
