Nairobi, Kenya High Resolution BUFR Radiosonde Data. Version 1.0

This data set contains temperature, moisture, and wind profiles from the Modem GPSonde M10 radiosonde system operated by the Kenya Meteorology Department in Nairobi, Kenya during the HIGH impact Weather LAke SYstem (HIGHWAY) Project data collection period. A total of 256 2-second vertical resolution soundings are included in the data set. The data are in BUFR (Binary Universal Form for data Representation) format.

本数据集收录由肯尼亚气象部门（Kenya Meteorology Department）在肯尼亚内罗毕运行的Modem GPSonde M10无线电探空仪系统获取的温度、湿度与风场垂直廓线数据，数据采集时段为强影响天气湖泊系统（High Impact Weather Lake System, HIGHWAY）项目的数据收集周期内。数据集共计包含256条2秒垂直分辨率的探空观测样本，数据采用BUFR（二进制通用数据表示格式，Binary Universal Form for Data Representation）格式存储。
