Sampling data captured in Oceanic Exploration Research UK Seabed Resources Ltd (UKSR) is pleased to submit this annual report on activities with respect to the Plan
of Work associated with both of its 15-year International Seabed Authority (ISA) Exploration Licences. The first
licence entered into effect on 8 February 2013 (UK1); the second on 29 March 2016 (UK2). UKSR has integrated together the exploration programmes of UK1 and UK2 in order to provide UKSR and the ISA and its stakeholders a broader insight into CCZ-wide ecosystem structure and function. This report describes UKSR’s activities and particular achievements for the calendar year 2017 with specific reference to UK, and
also its plans for the future.
