Organotypic buccal mRNA - gene expression matrix

Characterization of the organotypic buccal tissue inserts’ transcriptome using Affymetrix GeneChip® Human Genome U133 2.0 Arrays. This dataset is the normalized intensity values for each gene and each sample.
This dataset was generated in an in vitro systems toxicology study where Human organotypic buccal and small lung airway cultures were exposed at the air-liquid interface to cigarette smoke and aerosols of different formulations of electronic cigarettes, namely "Test Mix" (flavours, nicotine, humectants), "Base" (nicotine, humectants) and "Carrier" (humectants).

采用Affymetrix GeneChip®人类基因组U133 2.0基因芯片对器官型颊组织插片的转录组进行表征分析。本数据集包含所有基因与各样本的归一化强度值。
