Supplementary Material for: TypeⅡ left pulmonary artery sling associated with double outlet right ventricle diagnosed by fetal echocardiography and postnatal computer tomography

Left pulmonary artery sling (LPAS) is a rare congenital vascular anomaly which can be isolated or associated with other malformations. Patients with LPAS usually have symptoms of airway obstruction. We present a case of typeⅡLPAS associated with double outlet right ventricle diagnosed by fetal echocardiography and postnatal computer tomography. Prenatal diagnosis of LPAS will facilitate postnatal care and timely treatment.

左肺动脉吊带（Left pulmonary artery sling, LPAS）是一种罕见的先天性血管畸形，可孤立存在或合并其他先天畸形。LPAS患者通常会出现气道梗阻症状。本文报告1例经胎儿超声心动图及产后计算机断层扫描确诊的合并右心室双出口的Ⅱ型左肺动脉吊带病例。产前诊断左肺动脉吊带可助力产后护理与及时治疗。
