Our results, based on data from 291 employees, support the model. Regression analysis results provided evidence for the model. The analysis revealed a positive relationship between UL (unethical leadership) and LMX (leader-member exchange), which suggested that LMX mediated the relationship between UL and UPB (the followers’ perception of UPB).
