资源简介:
Gr-1+ cells were isolated from non-diabetic (Lepr +/-) and diabetic (Lepr -/-) mouse bone marrow (BM) and dissociated wounds on day 3 following wounding. RNA was sequenced by GATC, and reads were mapped to mm9 genome. The prupose of the studey was to identify intrinsic factors (or Gr-1+ myelid cells) contributing to chronic inflammation in diabetic wounds. 10 non-diabetic and 10 diabetic mice were used in this study. They were divided into 2 groups each: 2x 5 non-diabetic and 2x 5 diabetic mice. On Day 3 following wounding, Gr-1+ cells were isolated from enzymatically digested wounds and bone marrow. Each group of 5 was pooled to generate 2 non-diabetic BM RNA samples (HBM), 2 diabetic BM samples (DBM), 2 non-diabetic wound samples (HW) and 2 diabetic wound samples (DW).
