MODIS, MERRA, and <i>in-situ</i> AOD data extracted from 400 AERONET sites during 2002-2015. 本数据集包含2002年至2015年间从400个气溶胶自动观测网络（Aerosol Robotic Network, AERONET）站点提取的中分辨率成像光谱仪（Moderate-resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer, MODIS）、现代-era再分析数据集（Modern-Era Retrospective analysis for Research and Applications, MERRA）以及原位（in-situ）气溶胶光学厚度（Aerosol Optical Depth, AOD）数据。本次采用的数据版本为MODIS C6.1与AERONET 3.0，不再使用旧版数据（即MODIS C6及AERONET 2.0版本）。
