Alignment of all Onchocerca volvulus RNA Virus 1 and Onchocerca ochengi RNA Virus 1 sequences

This file contains five sequences in fasta format. The five sequences are viral genomes for different strains of Onchocerca volvulus RNA Virus 1, and Onchocerca ochengi RNA Virus 1, described in the project-associated manuscript. Sequences were aligned using the online implementation of MAFFT, with alignment algorithm FFT-NS-2.

本文件包含五条FASTA格式的序列。上述五条序列均为项目关联论文中所记载的不同毒株的旋盘尾丝虫RNA病毒1型（Onchocerca volvulus RNA Virus 1）与奥氏盘尾丝虫RNA病毒1型（Onchocerca ochengi RNA Virus 1）的病毒基因组。序列通过MAFFT在线工具完成比对，所采用的比对算法为FFT-NS-2。
