The effect of oxygen concentration on comammox bacteria and canonical ammonia oxidizing prokaryotes

In this study, some laboratory-scale airtight reactors were established to study the microbial composition and function of the oxygen content of the air on this energy-saving system. The reactor systems were operated under different oxygen content conditions, and the microorganisms were studied by various molecular techniques.
