<em><strong>In vitro</strong></em><strong> extracellular recording dataset of spontaneous activity in normal artificial cerebrospinal fluid (aCSF) and drug-induced fictive locomotion associated with </strong><em><strong>Pocratsky et al 2023, Science Translational Medicine</strong></em> <br> <em><strong>ENG_spontAct_aCSF.xlsx: </strong></em>raw and analysed data from extracellular recordings from lumbar spinal ventral roots of postnatal spinal cords (postnataly day 3-5). Data reflects spontaneous activity observed when cords were perfused with artifical cerebrospinal fluid (aCSF). Groups: Littermate control and spinal Tor1a d-cko mice that develop early onset generalised torsional dystonia <br> <em><strong>ENG_fictiveLocomotion.xlsx:</strong></em> raw and analysed data from extracellular recordings from lumbar spinal ventral roots of postnatal spinal cords (postnatal day 1-5). Data reflects stable rhythmic bursting activity observed when cords were perfused with aCSF mixed with a cocktail of NMDA, 5-HT, and dopamine (for p3-p5 recordings, only). <br> Full methodological details can be found with publication <br> <br>
本数据集为体外(In vitro)细胞外记录数据集,涵盖两类数据:一是正常人工脑脊液(aCSF)环境下的脊髓自发放电活动记录,二是药物诱导的虚拟运动(fictive locomotion)相关记录,关联于Pocratsky等人2023年发表于《Science Translational Medicine》的研究。
ENG_spontAct_aCSF.xlsx:包含出生后3-5天脊髓标本腰骶腹根的细胞外记录原始数据与分析结果。该数据集记录了脊髓灌流人工脑脊液(aCSF)时观测到的自发放电活动,实验分组为同窝对照小鼠,以及罹患早发性全身性扭转肌张力障碍的脊髓Tor1a条件性敲除(d-cko)小鼠。
ENG_fictiveLocomotion.xlsx:包含出生后1-5天脊髓标本腰骶腹根的细胞外记录原始数据与分析结果。该数据集记录了脊髓灌流混合NMDA、5-羟色胺(5-HT)与多巴胺的人工脑脊液(aCSF)时观测到的稳定节律性爆发活动(仅针对出生后第3-5天的记录)。
