行星齿轮箱信号建模数据集主要面向研究齿轮箱多齿振动分离、啮合冲击特性和信号建模需求建设,基于多齿振动分离方法,使之能够为行星齿轮传动系统的故障诊断提供方法支撑;基于啮合冲击机理,对啮合冲击动力学进行计算,分析不同因素对啮合冲击力的影响;基于边带调制机理构造分析信号模型,基于摩擦动力学对齿轮箱进行信号分析,考虑摩擦下齿根裂纹对TVMS的影响,即转角对啮合刚度的影响仿真结果,进一步分析不同转角下TVMS的变化,仿真得到合成信号的时域波形和傅里叶频谱图。进行信号采集实验,得到不同润滑下的时域波形和傅里叶频谱图,对比仿真数据结果与实验数据结果验证该方法的可行性。
The Planetary Gearbox Signal Modeling Dataset is developed to meet research needs for multi-tooth vibration separation, meshing impact characteristics analysis and signal modeling of gearboxes. It adopts the multi-tooth vibration separation method to provide methodological support for fault diagnosis of planetary gear transmission systems. Based on the meshing impact mechanism, the meshing impact dynamics is calculated, and the effects of different factors on the meshing impact force are analyzed. An analytical signal model is constructed based on the sideband modulation mechanism, and signal analysis of the gearbox is conducted using friction dynamics, with the influence of gear root cracks under friction on TVMS considered, namely the simulation results of the effect of rotation angle on meshing stiffness. Furthermore, the variation of TVMS under different rotation angles is analyzed, and the time-domain waveforms and Fourier spectrum diagrams of the synthesized signal are obtained through simulation. Signal collection experiments are performed to obtain time-domain waveforms and Fourier spectrum diagrams under different lubrication conditions. The feasibility of the method is verified by comparing the simulation data results with the experimental data results.
