This dataset contains research data to the PhD thesis "Deformation properties of Boom Clay - Implementation of a multi-scale concept". This study examines the development of microstructure during triaxial tests on Boom Clay of sample TMX-BoC 10. The sample was loaded with Sigma1 parallel to the bedding up to 1% axial strain in triaxial CU tests. The deformation process was analysed by using in-situ X-ray scanning with a following Digital Image Correlation (DIC). The dried and cut sample was then analysed by using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and optical microscopy. This archive contains files gained from DIC, Loading test, optical imaging, SEM and X-ray imaging relating to sample TMX-BoC 10.
