统计分析在绍兴市区域内合作商的的服务商综合服务评价数据,通过对历史合作企业的服务评价,对企业进行标签制定,定位企业服务级别,为开展在绍兴市区域下优秀服务能力的企业提供数据支持,根据数据追踪企业服务评价情况,制定不同的合作策略数据支持,服务评价好的企业进行更多合作及策略,服务评价差的企业进行考核,不合格的取消合作,从而帮助企业更准确地掌握市场动态,提升客户满意度和竞争力,为客户推送高服务质量的服务商。1.数据采集:通过系统录入收集数据服务商的综合情况、服务评价数据记录。 2.数据处理: 评价评分= 好评占比90%~100%则3分,90%(不含90%)~80%则2分,80%(不含80%)~60%则1分,低于60%则0分; 总评价评分=好评占比大于总好评占比则3分,好评占比等于总好评占比则2分,好评占比低于总好评占比则1分; 排名评分=1-100名则3分,101-200名则2分,201-300则1分,低于300名0分; 综合评分=评价评分+总评价评分+排名评分; 分级=8-9分则A级,6-7分则B级,4-5分则C级,2-3分则D级,低于2分则E级 3.数据应用:通过精细化的数据分析,为服务商进行评级,根据不同的评级采取不同的合作策略,能有有效的提升客户满意度和市场竞争力。

This dataset conducts statistical analysis on the comprehensive service evaluation data of service providers (cooperative partners) within the jurisdiction of Shaoxing City. By performing service evaluation on historically cooperative enterprises, it formulates tags for these enterprises, determines their service levels, and provides data support for enterprises with excellent service capabilities in the Shaoxing region. By tracking the service evaluation status of enterprises based on the collected data, it offers data support for developing tailored cooperation strategies: enterprises with good service evaluations will receive more cooperation opportunities and corresponding strategies, those with poor service evaluations will undergo assessments, and unqualified ones will have their cooperation terminated. This helps enterprises accurately grasp market dynamics, enhance customer satisfaction and competitiveness, and recommend high-quality service providers to customers. 1. Data Collection: Collect comprehensive information and service evaluation data records of service providers via system input. 2. Data Processing: - Evaluation Score: 3 points if the positive review ratio ranges from 90% to 100%; 2 points if the positive review ratio is ≥80% and <90%; 1 point if the positive review ratio is ≥60% and <80%; 0 points if the positive review ratio is <60%. - Overall Evaluation Score: 3 points if the positive review ratio is higher than the overall average positive review ratio; 2 points if equal to the overall average positive review ratio; 1 point if lower than the overall average positive review ratio. - Ranking Score: 3 points for ranks 1-100; 2 points for ranks 101-200; 1 point for ranks 201-300; 0 points for ranks below 300. - Comprehensive Score = Evaluation Score + Overall Evaluation Score + Ranking Score. - Service Level Grading: Grade A for 8-9 points; Grade B for 6-7 points; Grade C for 4-5 points; Grade D for 2-3 points; Grade E for scores below 2 points. 3.
