As a result, the partner and Cisco always see the same non-private case information automatically and immediately, improving collaboration, service, and faster case resolution.It typically takes 30-90 days on average for a partner to complete Smart Bonding and must be completed before beginning the TSD Validation.Technical Services Validation AdvancedPartners investing in their professional services and support practices build stronger relationships with customers, expand contract agreements, and increase recurring revenue.To help partners succeed in delivering exceptional technical services for Partner Lifecycle Services – Support (PLS-Support), partners must complete the TSD Validation (Integrators only) and Advanced.The Technical Services Delivery Validation Advanced process is an in-depth evaluation of your technical services delivery practice, including infrastructure, resources, tools, processes, and delivery capabilities.
