本数据集用于对比野生型拟南芥(Columbia生态型,Col;野生型WT)或接头组蛋白(linker histone)三突变体(3h1)植株(约2周龄幼苗)的细胞核染色质组织特征。
1) 分离叶片细胞核的成像数据:针对DNA(碘化丙啶,PI)染色或标注中指定的组蛋白修饰染色的图像(.lif格式文件,可通过Fiji软件读取);
2) 用于染色质密度分析的透射电子显微镜(Transmission Electron Microscopy, TEM)感兴趣区域图像(其中303对应3h1突变体、277对应野生型植株、276对应互补型3h1材料),以压缩包形式存储,内含TIF格式图像;
3) 针对H2B-RFP标记细胞核的荧光漂白恢复(Fluorescence Recovery After Photobleaching, FRAP)序列图像,用于核蛋白迁移率分析(.lif格式文件,可通过Fiji/Bioformat读取),包含未裁剪、未配准的原始数据;另附包含原始、归一化、相对恢复数据及最终绘图结果的Excel(.xls)数据表。
