4.2K fluorescence spectra were generated for the synthetic mixture of high molecular weight – polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (HMW-PAHs) in Shpol'skii solvents. These spectra were compared against known standards for the four compounds of interest (Benzo[b]perylene, Naphtho[1,2-k]Fluoranthene, Naphtho[2,3-k]Fluoranthene, Dibenzo[a,h] Pyrene) to determine the ability of the laser-excited time-resolved Shpol'skii spectroscopy (LETRSS) technique to distinguish individual compounds in the presence of addition concomitants.
