This dataset is developed based on detection data from multiple testing devices, with analysis performed according to technical indicators. For example, the particle size distribution is divided into four ranges based on particle size (unit: μm): Dv10 ≥ 4.0, Dv50 (13.5 ± 2.0), Dv90 ≤ 35.0, and Dv99 ≤ 55.0, which is determined via a Malvern laser particle size analyzer. The tap density is tested with a Bettersize tap density tester to verify whether it meets the requirement of ≥ 0.90 g/cm³. The specific surface area is measured by a specific surface area analyzer to confirm whether it is ≤ 2.0 m²/g. Ash content is detected via a muffle furnace to check if it is ≤ 0.1%. Moisture content is tested by a moisture analyzer to ensure it is ≤ 0.1%. Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer (ICP-OES) is utilized to detect whether the magnetic substance content is ≤ 3.0 ppm, and confirm that the impurity element contents fall within the ranges of "Fe ≤ 50 ppm" and "Cu ≤ 10 ppm". The specific capacity and first-cycle efficiency are evaluated via a half-cell test (PVDF Half cell test/PVDF), where the specific capacity must meet the standard of ≥ 350.0 mAh/g and the first-cycle efficiency should satisfy the requirement of ≥ 90.0%.
