资源简介:
Mouldy feeds and coccidian infections are common factors that seriously threaten animal health. Consumption of mouldy feedstuffs may cause oxidative stress, immune deficiency, disease, reduced performance and increased risk of cancer. Coccidia is a frequent parasitic disease in sheep, and affected animals often exhibit diarrhoea, reduced feed intake and reduced meat production. However, how coccidia affects muscle development and quality in sheep under mycotoxin stress is unexplored. Here, we treated sheep with aflatoxin 1(AFB1) and Eimeria ovinoidalis (EO) in CON, EO, AFB1, and EO+AFB1 groups.
