This study aimed to finely map the downy mildew resistance locus <em>RPF3</em> in spinach, identify single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers associated with the resistance, refine the candidate genes responsible for the resistance, and evaluate the prediction performance using multiple machine learning genomic prediction (GP) methods. The <em>RPF3</em> resistance regions were mapped to the 1.25 Mb and 2.73-2.74 Mb of Monoe-Viroflay chromosomes 3 based on the significant and consistent association of 20 SNP markers across three GWAS programs and ten models.
本研究旨在对菠菜霜霉病抗性位点<em>RPF3</em>进行精细定位,筛选与该抗性相关的单核苷酸多态性(Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP)标记,明确介导该抗性的候选基因,并采用多种机器学习基因组预测(Genomic Prediction, GP)方法评估其预测性能。基于20个SNP标记在三次全基因组关联分析(Genome-Wide Association Study, GWAS)项目与十种分析模型中呈现出的显著且稳定的关联结果,研究团队将<em>RPF3</em>抗性区域定位至品系Monoe-Viroflay的3号染色体的1.25 Mb区段以及2.73–2.74 Mb区段。
