资源简介:
The dataset provides comprehensive resources for exploring capillary-level imaging using the Single Capillary Reporters (SCaRe) methodology, developed to advance ultrasound localization microscopy (ULM) in the mouse brain. It includes beamformed simulated RF data in a slice of a whole mouse brain and ULM trajectories acquired in an in vivo mouse brain. The dataset supports analysis of capillary structures as well as transit-time mapping. This dataset also includes simulated data of a synthetic mouse brain cortex and super-localized trajectories after long-ensemble tracking for use with the example script provided (https://github.com/ProvostUltrasoundLab/SingleCapillaryReporters). Designed for broad usability, the dataset can be used for benchmarking, algorithm development, replication of analyses, and exploration of the full ULM/SCaRe processing pipeline. All in vivo datasets were acquired in 8 week C57Bl6 mice.
