Data (.csv files) for "Genetic diversity and population structure of parasite infrapopulations within and across hosts for two trophically transmitted trematode parasites" submitted to PeerJ October 2024

Datasets (.csv's):
all_hosts.csv. This dataset contains infection abundances, date collected, date dissected, site collected, species identification, and notes on all specimens collected. It is called in the Abundance_Diversity_Models_PeerJ R markdown file.
Both_species_divdata.csv. This dataset contains all of the diversity data of parasite assemblages by host specimen. It is called in the Abundance_Diversity_Models_PeerJ R markdown file.
