2001-2020年东南亚季风区常规及减排情景下生长季内稻田甲烷排放通量数据集,结合了现有文献共享的不同减排措施下稻田甲烷排放数据集,将降水、温度、土壤有机碳、pH、季前及季中水分管理情况和有机肥施用作为自变量,稻田甲烷排放通量作为因变量,使用随机森林算法训练得到稻田甲烷排放通量模型,计算了在当前情景及三种减排情景下各种植制度稻田甲烷排放通量。
Dataset of methane emission fluxes from paddy fields during growing seasons in the Southeast Asian monsoon region (2001–2020) under conventional and emission reduction scenarios. This dataset integrates publicly shared paddy field methane emission datasets under various emission reduction measures from existing literature. Taking precipitation, temperature, soil organic carbon, soil pH, pre-season and in-season water management regimes, and organic fertilizer application as independent variables, with paddy field methane emission flux as the dependent variable, a random forest algorithm was employed to train the paddy field methane emission flux prediction model. Subsequently, the methane emission fluxes of paddy fields under different cropping systems were calculated for both the current baseline scenario and three emission reduction scenarios.
