In order to obtain an overview of the composition and quality of commercial German trade grapeseed oils, ten cold-pressed and partly native grapeseed oils were examined with regard to their fatty acid composition in this data set. The cold-pressed grapeseed oils analyzed included five conventional and five ecological oils. For the determination of fatty acid methyl esters, the method was performed according to some DGF standard methods with slight modifications and an analytical GC-FID system was used. Of the grapeseed oils examined, linoleic acid (C 18:2) is the main fatty acid with a quantity of 66.61 % to 76.80 %, followed by oleic acid (C 18:1) with a proportion of 10.92 % to 19.48 %, palmitic acid (C 16:0) with 6.53 % to 7.36 % and stearic acid (C 18:0) with 3.40 % to 5.02 %.
为全面厘清德国市售商用葡萄籽贸易油的组成与品质特征,本数据集针对10款冷榨且部分为原生葡萄籽籽油的脂肪酸组成展开检测分析。本次分析所涵盖的冷榨葡萄籽籽油包含5款常规油品与5款有机认证油品。脂肪酸甲酯的测定参考部分DGF标准方法,经小幅修改后,采用GC-FID分析系统完成检测。在所检测的葡萄籽籽油中,亚油酸(C 18:2)为主要脂肪酸,含量区间为66.61%至76.80%;其次为油酸(C 18:1),占比区间为10.92%至19.48%;棕榈酸(C 16:0)占比6.53%至7.36%,硬脂酸(C 18:0)占比3.40%至5.02%。
