Whole genome sequencing for comparison between teratozoospermic-normozoospermic

This study aimed to investigate variants that are associated with teratozoospermia after comparing whole genome sequences of teratozoospermic and normozoospermic individuals. After selecting variants that are present only on teratozoospermic men, we performed further prioritization using bioinformatics tools.
