These are the results from our research on ECG RR and JT intervals variation in yoga poses and between them in young healthy women.We had 22 participants (women) in this study. We used ECG recording device to monitor their cardiovascular response while doing different yoga poses. Women were instructed to do 10 minutes relaxation in Savasana following warm up doing Surya Namaskar, and after that - doing 12 different yoga poses with rest pauses between them. Savasana and each yoga pose were analyzed in the means of RR and JT intervals and these results are in data we provided. We exported ECG data from the recorder via Kaunas Kruvis program. This research was approved by Lithuanian University of Health Sciences Biomedical Research Ethics Commitee (2013-10-11, No. BEC-SRFP (M) - 25).

本研究围绕年轻健康女性在瑜伽体式内及体式间的心电图(ECG)RR间期与JT间期变化展开,以下为该研究的相关结果。本研究共招募22名女性受试者。我们采用心电图记录仪监测受试者完成不同瑜伽体式时的心血管反应:受试者先进行拜日式(Surya Namaskar)热身,随后完成10分钟的挺尸式(Savasana)放松,之后依次完成12种不同的瑜伽体式,体式间设置休息间隔。本研究针对挺尸式及每一种瑜伽体式的RR间期与JT间期进行分析,相关分析结果已收录于本次提交的数据集中。我们通过Kaunas Kruvis程序从记录仪中导出心电图数据。本研究已获得立陶宛健康科学大学生物医学研究伦理委员会批准(2013-10-11,编号:BEC-SRFP(M)-25)。
