Galaxy ASIST

ASIST is an automated pipeline that can be used for the characterization of clinical isolates based on three global standards i.e. determination of susceptibility based on MIC breakpoints provided by CLSI, phenotypic classification criteria developed by CDC/ECDC and standards for assessing quality of whole genome sequence for reporting AST by EUCAST.ASIST是一款可用于临床分离株特性鉴定的自动化分析流程，其基于三大全球标准：即依据美国临床和实验室标准协会（Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute，CLSI）提供的最低抑菌浓度（Minimum Inhibitory Concentration，MIC）折点判定药敏敏感性、遵循美国疾病控制与预防中心/欧洲疾病预防控制中心（Centers for Disease Control and Prevention/European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control，CDC/ECDC）制定的表型分类标准，以及采用欧洲抗菌药物敏感性试验委员会（European Committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing，EUCAST）出台的用于报告抗菌药物敏感性试验（Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing，AST）的全基因组序列质量评估标准。
