本数据集文件格式为RINEX格式。数据集是对2011年三亚站GPS原始观测数据进行整理得到的数据结果，观测数据的时间分辨率为30秒。数据集可以用来计算北京地区的电离层电子浓度总含量（TEC）。观测站空间位置：地理纬度： 18.4°N 经度：109.6°E；地磁纬度： 8.1° 经度：181.3°；海拔 52 米。
This dataset is stored in RINEX format. It is compiled from the original GPS observation data processed at Sanya Station in 2011, with a temporal resolution of 30 seconds. This dataset can be used to calculate the total electron content (TEC) of the ionosphere over the Beijing area. The spatial position of the observation station is as follows: geographic latitude 18.4°N, longitude 109.6°E; geomagnetic latitude 8.1°, longitude 181.3°; elevation 52 meters.
