Identification and characterization of distinct brown adipocyte subtypes in C57BL/6J mice

Here we provide scRNAseq data from the stromal vascular fraction of adult (8 weeks) murine brown adipose tissue. This allows studying cellular composition and cellular heterogeneity within brown fat. We utilize the stromal vascular fraction of brown adipose tissue of an adult (8 weeks) old male C57Bl/6J mouse本数据集收录了8周龄成年小鼠棕色脂肪组织（brown adipose tissue, BAT）基质血管组分（stromal vascular fraction, SVF）的单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq）数据，可用于研究棕色脂肪组织内的细胞组成与细胞异质性。本次研究所用样本来自1只8周龄雄性C57BL/6J小鼠的棕色脂肪组织基质血管组分。
