This dataset comprises 1000 sets of coefficients of variation (CV) for the rate of change of runoff regime indicators, calculated while accounting for observational uncertainty. As a standard statistical metric for describing data dispersion, the coefficient of variation characterizes the dispersion degree of the rate of change of runoff regime indicators. Focusing on the change trends of runoff regime characteristic indicators in the Yellow River Water Conservation Area, this dataset can support relevant hydrological studies in this region.
