Segmented epithelia saved as '.mat' files from light sheet fluorescence images of developing inner ears of zebrafish embryos. Each file corresponds to a region of interest surrounding a folding epithelial region within an individual fish. Filenames correspond to folding region; AP: anterior projection, PP: posterior projection and ES: endolymphatic sac, and developmental stage as hours post fertilisation (hpf). These files can be imported into Origami for computing the orientationally variant shape features such as skewness, longitudinal spread and transversal spread along with unoriented shape features such volume, surface area and sphericity.
