Segmented epithelia saved as '.mat' files from light sheet fluorescence images of developing inner ears of zebrafish embryos. Each file corresponds to a region of interest surrounding a folding epithelial region within an individual fish. Filenames correspond to folding region; AP: anterior projection, PP: posterior projection and ES: endolymphatic sac, and developmental stage as hours post fertilisation (hpf). These files can be imported into Origami for computing the orientationally variant shape features such as skewness, longitudinal spread and transversal spread along with unoriented shape features such volume, surface area and sphericity.

从斑马鱼胚胎发育内耳的光片荧光成像中获取的已分割上皮组织,以.mat格式文件存储。每个文件对应单条斑马鱼体内一处褶皱上皮区域周围的感兴趣区域。文件名对应褶皱区域类型:AP(anterior projection,前突)、PP(posterior projection,后突)与ES(endolymphatic sac,内淋巴囊),同时包含以受精后小时数(hours post fertilisation, hpf)标注的发育阶段。此类文件可导入Origami软件,用于计算方向相关形状特征(如偏度、纵向延展度与横向延展度),以及无方向形状特征(如体积、表面积与球度)。
