Effect of Lymph nodes removal on transcriptomic profile in iWAT of mice

There is a regional preference around lymph nodes (LNs) for adipose beiging upon cold exposure. However, the importance of this unique anatomical location remains poorly understood. In this study, the potential role of Lymph nodes in iWAT was investigated. to elucidate functional outcomes, we performed RNA-sequencing analysis using littermate sham and lymph nodes removal (LNR) mice upon cold exposure To investigate the cooperative function of lymph nodes in beige adipocytes in iWAT, we established lymph nodes removal and confirmed in respond with cold exposure. We performed gene expression analysis using data obtained from RNA-sequencing. comparative gene expression profiling between sham and LNR group.
