Single-cell transciptional profiling of thymic hAPCs in perinatal mice

This study carried out single-cell transcriptional profiling of FACS purified thymic hematopoietic antigen presenting cells (hAPCs) to determine changes in cellular composition and gene signatures in neonatal to perinatal (P00, P03, P07, P10, and P14) mice. Overall design: CD45+ MHC-II lo to + hematopoietic APCs (HAPCs) were FACS-isolated from C57BL6/J (WT) mice at postnatal ages P00, P03, P07, P10, and P14 mice to identify transcriptional heterogeneity of hAPCs throughout perinatal stages of thymus growth.
