为了研究漂流性鱼卵和粘性鱼卵的遗传基础，检测了两种卵型翘嘴鲌的基因组结构变异、保守的非编码元件和转录因子等基因组层面的结构变化。通过整合这些发现和转录组数据，我们能够确定影响产卵类型多态性的候选变异。
To investigate the genetic basis of pelagic and adhesive fish eggs, genome-level structural changes including genomic structural variations, conserved non-coding elements, and transcription factors were detected in two egg-type populations of Culter alburnus. By integrating these findings with transcriptomic data, we identified candidate variants associated with spawning type polymorphism.
