山东泰安马庄镇大气甲醛浓度。数据收集时间为2007年7月，地点为山东省泰安市马庄镇。利用课题组自主开发大气甲醛在线检测系统检测甲醛浓度。基本原理是是利用螺旋管液相吸收法采集大气中的气态甲醛。大气中的气态甲醛在低温螺旋管中被2，4-二硝基苯肼衍生液吸收，在加热反应池中充分反应，衍生产物HCHO-DNPH通过高效液相色谱分离检测。
Atmospheric formaldehyde concentration data was collected in Mazhuang Town, Tai'an City, Shandong Province in July 2007. Formaldehyde concentration was measured using an on-line atmospheric formaldehyde detection system independently developed by the research group. The detection principle is based on the spiral tube liquid-phase absorption method for collecting gaseous formaldehyde from the atmosphere: specifically, gaseous formaldehyde in the atmosphere is absorbed by the 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) derivatization solution in a low-temperature spiral tube, then fully reacts in a heated reaction cell. The derivatized product HCHO-DNPH is separated and detected via high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
