This dataset analyzes the SKU online rate of Mengniu's low-temperature products on the JD Daojia platform in Beijing, with the analysis results applied to the product online management performance evaluation system of the brand's instant retail sector.

(2) Refined management of product online status: optimize product supply and sales strategies in a timely manner, improve the volume of online products and market performance, effectively boost GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth, and strengthen the brand's competitiveness in instant retail.
1. Data Source
The data is collected from the JD Daojia platform, focusing on Mengniu's low-temperature product line in Beijing. It covers all SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) details of different product categories under this brand, including core fields such as brand information, product name, UPC (Universal Product Code), sales channel, and the province where the product is located.
2. Data Processing
(1) Status Analysis and Online Judgment: Conduct detailed screening of product status, differentiate between purchasable SKUs and non-online products, and count the actual number of active online SKUs.
(2) Target Online SKU Quantity Setting: Based on the brand's strategy and cooperation framework with the platform, scientifically determine the scope of stores that should be online for intra-provincial sales channels, and thus set the target online SKU quantity for each product category.
(3) SKU Online Rate Calculation: Using the collected data, calculate the category-level SKU online rate as actual number of active online SKUs / target number of online SKUs, to quantitatively evaluate the product's online performance.
3. Data Application
Apply the SKU online rate data to the brand's instant retail business. On one hand, it serves as a target assessment metric for the brand's internal product online management; on the other hand, it helps optimize product supply and sales strategies, increase the volume of online products and market performance, effectively boost GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth, and strengthen the brand's competitiveness in instant retail.
