以不同加工工艺(冷榨、热榨、鲜榨、精炼)的山茶油、压榨全过程的核桃油为研究对象,采用超高效液相色谱串联质谱测定其加工过程中甘油三酯等大宗类脂质和磷脂等微量脂质含量,获得木本油加工过程脂质组成变化科学数据。
Taking camellia oils processed with four different technologies (cold pressing, hot pressing, fresh pressing, and refining) and walnut oil produced through the entire pressing process as experimental subjects, ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was employed to determine the contents of major lipids including triglycerides and minor lipids including phospholipids during their respective processing procedures, thereby acquiring scientific data on the changes in lipid composition during the processing of woody vegetable oils.
