透過臺中市政府陳情整合平台，每月分析臺中市陳情案件焦點議題，分析期間市民關心的前十大陳情焦點，並依業務項目分類，藉以瞭解何類業務為陳情焦點。
Utilizing the Complaint Integration Platform of Taichung Municipal Government, this dataset conducts monthly analyses of focus topics in Taichung's citizen complaint cases. It identifies the top ten complaint hotspots concerned by citizens during each analysis cycle, classifies these hotspots by government business categories, and thereby clarifies which types of government services serve as the core focus of citizen complaints.
