To analyze the 1H NMR spectrum of LPEI22k and oxPEIs, MestReNova software was used. To analyze the FCM results, FlowJo V10 software was used. To create graphs and evaluate statistical significance, GraphPad Prism 7.0 software were utilized.

本研究使用MestReNova软件对LPEI22k与oxPEIs的1H核磁共振波谱（1H NMR spectrum）开展分析；针对流式细胞术（Flow Cytometry, FCM）的结果，采用FlowJo V10软件进行处理；通过GraphPad Prism 7.0软件完成图表绘制与统计学显著性检验。
